The whole universe is all about energy. Every present thing has the essence of any kind of energy. The basis is that "The Energy is neither created, nor destroyed, but its only gets transformed.. Our Human mind and intellect are also connected to this point. Our thoughts are basically energy which has certain power which can make you achieve anything, provided you should have genuine interest for that particular thing.. It is actually law of attention, where you give your attention to something and energy starts flowing to that direction. With this energy, our thoughts empowered that thing and gradually that becomes true. That's why we are often told to think positively.
We normally think a lot for other people. You know that inquisitive thing. But this type of thinking is usually related with their wrong aspects of their nature (who decides its wrong...?? We ONLY). Though in their point of view, they are right, which is correct up to certain extent but We often want to impose our wishes and want to judge them through our expectations on them. We kind of want to dictate on them.. This is a case of Ego, where We get mental satisfaction from it.. Here you find case of double standard - We never care and say that we don't want to be like others expectations and We want to retain our own individualities but on the other hand we waste our mental energies on complaining about others and
want them to be like the way we "expect"..
Its not wrong to think about others. Here the way enlightened persons think about others is different. First they retain their own individualities and respect the same of others.. Even while thinking about others, they will pass their +ve energy by the way of good wishes, admiration of traits etc.. They won't think about people's negative sides. And when you pass any energy, you get the same kind of energy back.. Its like Newton's third law i.e.Every action has equal & opposite reaction. Its true with thought process because thinking is also considered, a mental action. So that's how those enlightened ones are always full of positive energy.
As I talk about energy, you can feel it anywhere. Sometime you be with one person, where you'll feel much relaxed, because that person will be positive from his/her soul level and it reflects from his/her personal atmosphere which create around them.. Like a Halo. But something with any second person, you feel like running from him/her. You feel like that they are sucking your own energy out. Because they are already lacking +ve power and to fill their quota they needs yours and they are taking out your energy but the first person is already full and even giving it out his/her energy to one who comes in their own personal space. Even experienced relief and calm in front of saints or high learned religious persons, because you get their energies automatically. Whenever Low source comes in the contact of high source, the energy starts following from high to low without any effort.. In meditation, one do the same, by reaching oneself to the frequency of high source i.e Supreme God and get energy from it. Whenever you go any religious place, you get peace the moment you enter. It's because those places are full of +ve energy and even when you come back, you feel that calmness after for some moments and later on you feel the same old emotions because you again find yourself in the "regular" world of yours where you've more of -ve energy.
With any big Celebrities, There is feeling of excitement inside you whenever you know they will be in front of you or you watch them suddenly anywhere on TV .. Now We know they are also mortals and doing their"jobs" in the entertainment world which they wanted to do. But We have given them so much energy by thinking about them that its charged their personal atmosphere or their names in your mind and whenever you see them (esp in person) you feel the same energy of excitement back.. This is very relevant with the case of having any favorite artist. You may not the feel that same excitement with other artists because you haven't given your energy to them by thinking about them (The Law of Attention) but if you have any favorite star, you will spend much time by thinking and "dreaming" about them and by the even thought of meeting him/her, you'll be much excited. And In case of seeing him/her in person, everyone knows how "fans" get almost mad when they see their artist in real..
So these are few cases to know how energy factor works in life and one who enters in the world of spirituality, becomes aware of profound significance of energy. It is said and should be followed, to have good thoughts about yourself first, because then only you'll have good thoughts about others and it forms positively charged halo around you. So Create best energy and receive Best energy.
