Madhya Pradesh: From the point of tourism.

Madhya Pradesh - my home state. Obliviously I’m biased for it but whatever I’m writing about tourism of M.P. is a reality. Due to my parents travel freakness I’ve been to many tourist destinations in India especially in Madhya Pradesh. I and my parents share one common notion that India has got much in the field of tourism. By the way I’d like to say Madhya Pradesh has many good sites for tourism. Some of them are in tourist map but still many locations are hidden from the eyes of tourists, and if these are properly promoted they can increase tourist inflow to this state.

Let me tell those places in M.P. where I visited with my family and/or friends. So side by side I’ll tell you some of experiences which I had while visiting to these places.

Bhopal – It’s really lovely place. Being a capital, it’s a major city of this state. But it hasn’t affected by all those pollution etc problems which existed in some of state capital cities. From the point of natural beauty & greenery, it’s been blessed with many nice spots like Upper Lake (its lake view is fantastic), Lower lake, Kaliasot dam, Kerwa dam, etc. When we were in college these spots used to be on the top of the list of our most favorite hang out spots.

Besides these, there are many others worth visiting places like state museum, Bharat bhawan, old palaces etc. In surrounding of Bhopal, you can visit many other places which are either famous for its antiquity like Sanchi, Bhimbetka, Bhojpur etc or full of natural scenery (they are good picnic spots).

Panchmarhi – Ah, what a place! This hill station is on Satpura Range, I visited here recently with my family and friend. I really enjoyed watching sunset, mountains, and waterfalls. As I mention one of my dear friends was also with me on this trip, so we took some time from our schedule and explored this place in our own way. We visited local church, old British cemetery, bathed in waterfall, did some trekking in forest etc. We had fun. Overall it was great time in cradle of Mother Nature.

Khajuraho – It is an international famous tourist destination of not only M.P but of India. The colossal temples themselves tell about the erstwhile glory which has been passed before many centuries. One can think Khajuraho is all about temples, yes it’s so but it has other tourist spots too in its vicinity like Panna national park, Ken river banks, Alligators sanctuary, waterfalls. I’d like to mention esp about tree houses which are constructed on trees in nearby forest, Staying there give so awesome experiences. You can feel like forest folk while living here. These are most visited by tourists (after temples) to get different feelings of living on house built on tree branches.

I visited to Khajuraho umpteenth times. I can’t reckon now the trips of mine to this place which began since 1993. But the one when I came only with friends in college days was wonderful and memorable. I can’t compile in words the fun we had in this trip.

Amarkantak – There I’ve been to in last year, which was my first trip to this place which is the origin point of Narmada and Son Rivers. It’s on Vindhyachal Range. I can still remember how those sky touching trees (covered the whole area) here enchanted me. Besides this, I’ve seen Narmada River (which takes large shape after some kms from here) in the form of small stream.

There we did some trekking in the dense forest along the path of Narmada River up to some distance.. (It was quite adventurous).

Orchha – There I’ve visited before the trip to Khajuraho with friends. It is gradually developing now and has taken place in the foreign tourists’ itineraries.. The Ramraja temple is very famous here. God Ram is considered and worshipped here as a King of Orchha. You can also go here some historical buildings like old palaces, cenotaphs and can enjoy water sports on River Betwa and visiting in nearby Wildlife sanctuary.

Gwalior – This city has great historical importance. This was the capital of Scindhia Dynasty. The main tourist spots are Jai Vilas Palace museum, Gwalior fort etc and Bateshwr, Mitaoli etc which are situated in the outskirts of this city.
My personal advice is to go here in winter. Summer is Big NO a suitable season to visit here.

Ujjain – A city, which has been one of oldest great cities of India since ancient times. It is famous for many attractions esp Kumbh Mela. It is equally famous for Lord Mahakaal temple. You can also visit to many places like Kaliadeh palace, Shipra ghat etc. I can assure you that you have lot more to see here.

Kanha and Bandhavgarh National parks – They are very popular national parks and in brief I can tell you that these are very wonderful and you can forget all your worldly tensions for while when you’re here. You can have a close encounter with wild beasts like Tiger & many more.

Mandu - Its is Dhar district and near to Indore.. Its famous for the manificent buidlings and love story of Rani Roopmati and her consort baz Bahadur
So these are the main places I’ve visited but the list is not completed. It has also included all those small towns, villages, country side, various natural spots which are having some uniqueness but are currently not so famous.

By the way there are still MMMAAAANNNYYY places in M.P (where I’ve not visited yet). Some of them are famous and some of them are not so but offered much to tourists.

One has so much to explore in M.P, in many ways Religious, Adventurous, Cultural etc!

Madhya Pradesh can be very popular like states of Rajasthan and Kerala. It needs proper government involvement with effective tourism polices implementation along with private sector participation in the promotion of state tourism

Though I can say the now days Governemnt and private sector are doing much for the development of tourism in M.P. and it’s resulted in the form of better tourists facilities, new destinations, increased tourists visits etc..

Well while telling you about my state tourism scenario, I did some reminiscing which refreshed my sweet memories linked to these places.

bday treat
Well on my bday eve I went to one downtown restaurant with my some friends.. There were some of those friends who are in town right now. It was full of fun and we had some great time over there... During sitting there, whole time my friends were making fun of me and cracking jokes on me :)... I didn't mind as they are my friends and they have right to do so, even I make fun of them occasionaly.. My bday evening was full of enjoyment and funny moments but this enjoyment made a small hole in wallet too :), as It was my b'day and I was supposed to pay for all food items we'd ordered....All were glad and had Big smiles on faces :) But I missed those friends of mine who are not at town and couldn't come to this small party.

Child Labor Problem: Curse to Childhood

Recently watched one news regarding child labor where children were working in factory have got freedom by the help of some NGOs.. I’m shocked (after watching this news) to know that Children are still using as a laborers and thinking why this problem existed in our society?

Childhood is for having fun. It is that stage of life where one enjoys life without any tension. But due to child labor problem, many children’s childhood have been ruined. Children are working (when they are supposed to study and play) in many factories, small restaurants and in houses. They are almost treated like slaves and because of this, their lives have become nightmares. Government’s made a law against this problem but it’s enough now!?
There are still many “chhotus” spoiling their precious childhood by compelled to work in dhabas and canteens. Can’t disclose the name but I’ve seen boys (below than 18 years) working in Govt. institutes’ canteens, now what’s left to say!?!?
These juveniles have lost hope; you can see dryness in their eyes. Many times they are treated badly (mentally & physically) by their ‘employers’ for not performing up to expectations.

There are many reasons to this problem but rather than analyzing reasons we better think about impeccable solutions.. Making law is not only sufficient but effective implementation of law is necessary. Beside it, strong awareness is MUST (against this problem) by every medium not mere Naarebaaji.Government should work with NGOs for these children’s rehabilitation, studies and other requirements after when they got freedom.. They must get better education, trainings & Some monetary help should also be given to them so that they can live respectable life after reaching the age of 18.

Poem: Currently the life....

Moving by the force of Destiny,
Unknown is the destination;
Willing & Unwilling to accept the fate,
Wonder what I'm gonna get.

Sometimes glad, sometimes sad,
Hiding the expressions of face;
Future has got much for everyone,
Need to be on the track to know what's for me;
Concerntrating on the works I'm doing,
Whatever the results I'm receiving.

Life has two aspects - Happiness & Sadness,
Which arrives one by one;
Atleast the point of solace in sadness is,
that you're getting happiness after it....

My IEHE Days!

Those were the days when we always wanted to be in college premises, whether we’re attending the classes or not, but we wanted to go college everyday.

These were the days of IEHE when & where I was doing graduation. I had a great fun over there. Now I’ve so many memories (which I’ll cherish forever). For me IEHE was completely different place. Here I learned about Studies (including extra curricular activities) and Emotions (excluding love). I’d made many friends, from them some are still my very good friends and some had broken the friendship.

Of college days, I’ve so many memories & want to share some of -them with you:--

Ø I had gone to many parties thrown at friends’ places ( esp Kunal birthday party: wonderful time, masti and arrangement) and to Igloo (IEHEites most favorite meeting point)… I had thrown some parties too but don’t ask about them… They were too good to describe…

Ø I had participated in many Quizzes & won prizes.. (Don’t think I’m blowing my own trumpet).
Ø We had gone umpteen times on bikes rides to city outskirt restaurants to enjoy our Boys “Parties & Night out”.
Ø Here I realized my only LOVE i.e. for Britain..
Ø I got best student prize in History and got top rank (for the first & last time) in Agricultural Economics. Because of this my name came in college’s various subjects toppers’ list. A matter of pride to me.

Ø I participated in drama ( I played the main character, around whom the whole story was revolving but I had only 5 minutes role in starting). It was a comedy murder mystery and I played the role of murdered person. The starting part of this drama was unexpected and shocking.

Ø I had fun filled time with friends. There were also bad experiences related to friendship. But that have no place in my blog.
Ø We prepared for UPSC exams. We had a several discussion with friends. Barua Sir had always provided much help in this matter.
Ø Presentations days, Assignments days, Exams days, Result days always kept us busy and tensed. But on the other hand couples of freshers’ parties & farewell parties were full of extra fun.
Ø Last but not the least; my professors have always been caring, supportive & friendly to us. IEHE memories are incomplete without mentioning them.

Thanks God for giving me such a great days. I can write a book on my IEHE days…..

Always be positive :))

Well think positive and bring postive in your life... This is what I learned after knowing about Law of attraction.... Whatever you think it goes in universe and Universe rearrange itself to fulfill what you thought... So it is thought become thing..... you will always get what you're thinking about... I mean you're thinking about negative thing you're actually attracting more negative things in your life.. if you're thinking about positive thing, you're actually attracting positive things in you life..

Positive thoughts are more powerfull than Negative thought but still after certain time you'll get negative you always think negative...

I think it is basically about changing the way of thinking...

britney

so Britney spear's come back with a new album "Blackout".. the first track i.e. Gimme More, is famous now and has come in top 10 in major music countdowns.... Her new album is doing well

Well she's been suffered by many problems (marital and mental).. she got divorced with her husband, legal problems, got blad, was in rehabilitation centre etc... I mean she had been in many troubles... Well could be the reasons.. Britney is one of those artists who lost their understanding with the growing fame...

The good thing is that she's had made a come back with a new album... Her performance in MTV program was mediocre and bit vulgar but atleast she did something and was in news for some positive reasons.......

Begining & being a part of the revolution.

Well.. it is my first entry in Google blog.... Hope I'll have great time here and so will you while reading good blogs written by me :))!!!....

Blog is just like a revolution... Everyone is having their own blog where they write about anything.. You need not to be very unusual to write a blog... Just write what you wish to and have fun........

cheers =))!!!!
